You know what You have to Do

Uncertainty. Doubt. Excuses. Laziness.

These are the perfect ingredients to ‘wheel spin’ through your life.

And when you are spinning your wheels there seems to be a lot of activity

however, there is no traction.

Nothing is really getting achieved.

In fact, your life is in a holding pattern. Stationary. Watching life pass you by.

But the funny thing is [it’s not really funny, more sad] is that ..

You know what You have to Do.you-know-what-you-have-to-do-wp-blog

Cue back to the opening line of this post .. Uncertainty. Doubt. Excuses. Laziness.

You can fully own these four if you want to.

We have all fallen for them at some point in our lives. But don’t let them take over your life.

Own Your shit.

Stop the excuses. Stop being lazy.

Doubt, Uncertainty .. Yes we have that but doing stuff will push that to the side.

Everyone has doubt & uncertainty. Don’t let them tell you any different.

The people who get ahead & move on with their lives aren’t afraid to do stuff even if they fail at it.

Keep doing & your success rate will rise.

At the end of the day You know what You have to do.

Make choices. Better choices. Take action.

Decide that enough is enough. Gain traction .. then start moving forward.

For the rest of this year & into 2017 & beyond, start doing.

Life IS One Big Hustle. Believe it.

I am sure you seen & heard the phrase “Never give in” or “Never give up”.

Whilst it may be ever so easy to simply tell you to do that, doing it isn’t easy.

However, I am going to tell you again .. Never give in.

Keep your hustle alive

Keep your hustle alive

You know, in life, You need to position yourself to call the shots.

“Too old” is not too old.

Keep hustling, so to speak.

Cash in don’t tap out.

Because in every hustling moment  there come opportunity. It may be brief or fleeting but it’s there.

When you continue to work the game of life, by always taking action, by setting goals, by dreaming of an improved future .. You ARE hustling.

And the “hustle” only stops, when You call  game over.

Life IS Too short. You know that.

Keep Your hustle alive.

What if .. You run out of time

Time, as You know, can be your worst enemy And also can be Your best friend.

So it makes sense that the time that You have is used for best purpose, whatever that may be for you.

However, is that what You do?

Distractions are part & parcel of life. Let’s be honest about that.

Time gets wasted, I’ve done that.

But there comes a time .. [unintentional pun] .. when you realise how valuable your time really is.

Life IS Too short

Life IS Too short

What would Your life be like? .. without the continual excitement of ..

Setting & achieving Goals.

Enjoying Fun, doing work that You Love, spending quality time with family/friends & creating Adventure.

Continual is the key here. You may be currently only doing this in spits & spurts.

Which leaves the rest of your time largely idle.

A Suggestion ..  How about You make your time your priority and make the things that are important to you an absolute priority.

It is often said that “Now” is the best time to do anything.

It is often said because in a vast majority of cases it is TRUE.

Especially when it comes to maximising your time with invigorating action.

Doing what is important to & for You IS incredibly liberating.

I strongly suggest that You take this on board before it’s too late.

Life IS too short. Regret is a bitter pill to swallow.

Life is TOO short for “Lack”

Very brief posting however straight to the point.

Carrying an excess baggage of “lacks” through life is going to weigh You down .. Heavily.

Spending Your time worrying about what You don’t have is personal growth suicide.

Life is Too short for that.

Embrace what You DO have & work with it to gradually fill Your ‘lack gaps’.

It may take time [it will] however You will also grow with the experience.Life is Too short blog post

Scare Your Boundaries

You know that Comfort zone of yours?

The one where you feel comfortable in, funnily enough.

No worries. No scary moments. No growth. No goals to aspire to.

We all have them. We’ve all been in one. No risk. No pressure.

But life moves on.

You head toward and in to your forties. Then into your fifties. Then ..

You have a pile of regret.Scare your boundaries

When You stay cocooned in your own comfortable space [for whatever reason] you do become immune to the opportunities around You.

Missed opportunities that is.

You run the very real chance of stagnating.

Now that’s a pretty harsh word that one “stagnating”.

However it’s also a harsh situation finding yourself @50 regretting your missed opportunities. [Even worse @ 60]

Oh Yes, You did finally realise that life was moving on but you weren’t moving with it.

It’s not too late to start scaring your boundaries but it’s much better you do so in your 30’s & 40’s and then live an expanded life rather than one in a bubble.

Are You ready to Scare Your Boundaries?

Maybe it’s time to light Your fire .. & keep it lit

Motivation is the beginning of something HUGE.

When you have Motivation, Life becomes easier.

However it’s not something that is always “at the ready”. Different things motivate different people.

Some people are simply unmotivated .. or so it seems.

Let’s just concentrate on the “unmotivated” for now.

Yes, I think that maybe You. Do I have your attention?Maybe it's time to light your fire Blog post

For the unmotivated, I’d like you to consider these 7 questions.

But please do it quickly. Life’s too short to stay unmotivated.

There’s also 1 answer that I believe can put All of these questions to rest.

But please, answer the questions firstly ..

What will my life look like tomorrow if I do nothing today?

Do I really want this day to repeat itself?

If I could do anything, what would that Be and would I do that today?

Can I look myself in the mirror and be proud?

What do my friends & family think of Me?

When I’m 60 what will I regret not doing earlier?

Is “there’s always tomorrow” my most common excuse?

The last question may give You a hint as to my One [1] answer.

Tomorrow is a chance to begin again. This is an oft used analogy.

For the unmotivated “tomorrow” just keeps coming. There is always another one so no pressure to change.

However you eventually run out of ‘tomorrows’ and suddenly you are that 60 year old sitting in the corner mulling over all of your regrets.

Is that the way you want it to be?

Can I be so bold as to suggest this? ..

Start Today as a new day .. and then consider each day onward as ‘new days’ rather than tomorrows.

Try that & see how You go.

You can motivate yourself. Your life deserves that at the very least.

What do I want for Xmas?

I like to keep things simple.

You know, uncomplicated, uncluttered, no hassles.

It doesn’t always work that way however I think you get what I’m saying.

Xmas/Christmas for right or wrong often becomes too complicated. Too busy. Major hassles.

Don’t get me wrong. I love the Xmas time of year.

But can’t we just get to enjoy time with family/friends without All the commercialism that goes with it?

Leave it as a time for reflection. A time for love [that should be all the time]. A time to really cherish your family/friends.

What do I want for Xmas- WP Blog post
