You know what You have to Do

Uncertainty. Doubt. Excuses. Laziness.

These are the perfect ingredients to ‘wheel spin’ through your life.

And when you are spinning your wheels there seems to be a lot of activity

however, there is no traction.

Nothing is really getting achieved.

In fact, your life is in a holding pattern. Stationary. Watching life pass you by.

But the funny thing is [it’s not really funny, more sad] is that ..

You know what You have to Do.you-know-what-you-have-to-do-wp-blog

Cue back to the opening line of this post .. Uncertainty. Doubt. Excuses. Laziness.

You can fully own these four if you want to.

We have all fallen for them at some point in our lives. But don’t let them take over your life.

Own Your shit.

Stop the excuses. Stop being lazy.

Doubt, Uncertainty .. Yes we have that but doing stuff will push that to the side.

Everyone has doubt & uncertainty. Don’t let them tell you any different.

The people who get ahead & move on with their lives aren’t afraid to do stuff even if they fail at it.

Keep doing & your success rate will rise.

At the end of the day You know what You have to do.

Make choices. Better choices. Take action.

Decide that enough is enough. Gain traction .. then start moving forward.

For the rest of this year & into 2017 & beyond, start doing.

Life IS One Big Hustle. Believe it.

I am sure you seen & heard the phrase “Never give in” or “Never give up”.

Whilst it may be ever so easy to simply tell you to do that, doing it isn’t easy.

However, I am going to tell you again .. Never give in.

Keep your hustle alive

Keep your hustle alive

You know, in life, You need to position yourself to call the shots.

“Too old” is not too old.

Keep hustling, so to speak.

Cash in don’t tap out.

Because in every hustling moment  there come opportunity. It may be brief or fleeting but it’s there.

When you continue to work the game of life, by always taking action, by setting goals, by dreaming of an improved future .. You ARE hustling.

And the “hustle” only stops, when You call  game over.

Life IS Too short. You know that.

Keep Your hustle alive.

Be good to Yourself

Maybe it’s time to light Your fire .. & keep it lit

Motivation is the beginning of something HUGE.

When you have Motivation, Life becomes easier.

However it’s not something that is always “at the ready”. Different things motivate different people.

Some people are simply unmotivated .. or so it seems.

Let’s just concentrate on the “unmotivated” for now.

Yes, I think that maybe You. Do I have your attention?Maybe it's time to light your fire Blog post

For the unmotivated, I’d like you to consider these 7 questions.

But please do it quickly. Life’s too short to stay unmotivated.

There’s also 1 answer that I believe can put All of these questions to rest.

But please, answer the questions firstly ..

What will my life look like tomorrow if I do nothing today?

Do I really want this day to repeat itself?

If I could do anything, what would that Be and would I do that today?

Can I look myself in the mirror and be proud?

What do my friends & family think of Me?

When I’m 60 what will I regret not doing earlier?

Is “there’s always tomorrow” my most common excuse?

The last question may give You a hint as to my One [1] answer.

Tomorrow is a chance to begin again. This is an oft used analogy.

For the unmotivated “tomorrow” just keeps coming. There is always another one so no pressure to change.

However you eventually run out of ‘tomorrows’ and suddenly you are that 60 year old sitting in the corner mulling over all of your regrets.

Is that the way you want it to be?

Can I be so bold as to suggest this? ..

Start Today as a new day .. and then consider each day onward as ‘new days’ rather than tomorrows.

Try that & see how You go.

You can motivate yourself. Your life deserves that at the very least.

Be good to yourself

Short Story No. 5

Fellow Life Lover,

At the risk of being repetitive, “You can have it All”.

The only thing stopping you?

Is You.

Here’s 7 points that will help you to be the BEST possible version of You.

There are [in some cases], many sub points to these 7 and I have written about all of them previously and no doubt will again in the future.

I simply want you to take stock of these pointers and begin the necessary action toward creating your best version of self.Short story No5 Blog post

1. Step up.

You may be in your comfort place right now. Take a step up the ladder where the view is a little better. You’ll find a lot more comfort as you climb. And a lot more confidence.

2. Step out.

Isolation is not helpful. Take the steps to move yourself out from your current zone into the bigger world where the action happens. Add a spring to your step, embrace new friends & relationships. Create new opportunities.

3. Stand Tall & Shine.

Shrinking violets are fine in the garden. This world needs your light. Stick your head up and speak your message. There’s no need for brash & brassy, just the strength of your authenticity.

4. Dream/Imagine.

Break the shackles of one pace thinking and introduce fresh thoughts that will take you to another level.

5.Care.

This adds an important dimension to your “work”. When you add the care factor, you elevate yourself above the crowd.

6. Share.

You are not an island. Helping others up adds to your own strengths. Encouraging others to share their talents multiplies this effect.

7. Live Well.

Look after your body and your mind. Exercise of the daily kind is essential for both. Love your friends and your family. Love the opportunity to live this life. You have one shot only.

“No” is a roadblock.

Say “YES” more often.

You

Encourage

Success

Say Yes to opportunity. Say Yes to taking another step forward. Say Yes to thinking more positively. Say Yes to self belief. Say Yes to adding 1% effort to everything that you do.Canva Design Yes

It all adds up … to Your success.

Living Life Today – Say YES more often

The Living Life Today series provides a platform to think about your Life as it is Now, enjoy what you have, review and create an even better future for tomorrow”….. Short, sharp & easily digestible.

Doing a good deed for someone gives me a warm feeling inside.

Or simply saying “Yes” to an unexpected request makes me feel good. And it doesn’t have to be anything Big.

Recently I have said “yes” to a number of questions asked of me. I always look for reasons to say “yes”.Say YES Blog post

Yes has a habit of coming back to you.

Yes is definitive. Yes is inspirational.

Yes is forgiving someone for daring to ask of you in the first place.

Yes is action taking.

Yes is positive.

Yes sets up your day or makes it. Yes gives a part of you.

Yes creates a connection.

If you want dynamic in your day, look for reasons to say “yes”.

Also know that “No” can also be a “yes”.

When you know that “no” is the right answer, you are then drawing a line, create a stand and allowing space for more of the yes factor to be part of your day.

I enjoy doing a good deed for someone.

Or simply saying Yes.

What will you say Yes to?
