Living Life Today – Say YES more often

The Living Life Today series provides a platform to think about your Life as it is Now, enjoy what you have, review and create an even better future for tomorrow”….. Short, sharp & easily digestible.

Doing a good deed for someone gives me a warm feeling inside.

Or simply saying “Yes” to an unexpected request makes me feel good. And it doesn’t have to be anything Big.

Recently I have said “yes” to a number of questions asked of me. I always look for reasons to say “yes”.Say YES Blog post

Yes has a habit of coming back to you.

Yes is definitive. Yes is inspirational.

Yes is forgiving someone for daring to ask of you in the first place.

Yes is action taking.

Yes is positive.

Yes sets up your day or makes it. Yes gives a part of you.

Yes creates a connection.

If you want dynamic in your day, look for reasons to say “yes”.

Also know that “No” can also be a “yes”.

When you know that “no” is the right answer, you are then drawing a line, create a stand and allowing space for more of the yes factor to be part of your day.

I enjoy doing a good deed for someone.

Or simply saying Yes.

What will you say Yes to?

  1. Nice one David. I recently saw a TED talk about improvisation, and the presenter hi-lighted how saying ‘Yes’ keeps an idea moving. Let’s all look at what we say ‘No’ to and see if we can’t flip it into a YES. 🙂
